Cancellation Policy:
Our goal for every scheduled booking is to provide the services ordered, for any reason should it be necessary to change or terminate a scheduled booking we will be as accommodating as our schedule will allow to meet your needs.
Please note that we do require a minimum payment up front upon checkout to reserve your desired unit. This deposit is not refundable, but will be be credited towards your full balance.- Cancellations made 7 days or less in advance of your reservation will be credited as a raincheck. We will retain this raincheck for one full year towards a future rental.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of your scheduled rental qualify for a refund* or raincheck.
